THE CREATION

Secure Homes, LLC was established in May 2008 after Steven Kreiger our founder had personally searched for a viable solution to maintaining a secure home inventory of his possessions for insurance purposes. He purchased a couple of software packages and even created his own Access Database, but the one thing he was lacking was a secure & convenient means of storing his inventory outside of the home. After all what good does it do to have records stored on a home computer or in a file cabinet, especially in the very home he inventoried in the event of a natural disaster, fire or theft. So he figured what other venue can we access our records any time and from any place other than the internet, and thus our business and concept was born. 

Steve has a combined 13 years of certified Law Enforcement experience and over these years has seen many fall victim of crime and hundreds fall victim of natural disasters, especially during Hurricane Isabel in 2003. The goal of Secure Homes, LLC is to reach out to each of the over 111 Million U.S. homeowners to provide them a solution to be proactive in recording valuable information about their possessions and assets, before it’s too late.
